I love her voice and style, and from what I've seen she is a very humble person. Her CD The Bridge good too. You should definitely pick that up but as for the video I loved that too because it had so much unity and togetherness. Unlike some music videos these days it also had SUBSTANCE. The ending was kind of cool too and it showed the people who don't know that she could actually sing.

So as you guys may or may not know, I ride on a bus for almost 3 hours every weekday to school. Basically that gives me a lot of time so why not check out different albums. Well, this time I decided to check out one of my most favorite rappers of all time, Slick Rick. Slick Rick was an artist that was real popular back in the 80's for his stories that he told in his rhymes. It was so cool listening to him and still being able to relate his stories with the times of today. See? That is the real definition of classic. Anyways I give the album a 9.5 out of 10, but thats just me and I loved almost every track. There was probably one song that didn't stick to me but everything else was on point. If you every got time to explore new music then you should definitely try his because you will definitely learn somethings.

Tattoos to me are cool. I always wonder why various people get them. From my experiences and people known, some get it to represent a lost loved one, some do it because they love the pain, some get them because they have a free creative spirit, some may get it because of a loved one, and some get it simply because they love the way it looks like on their body. Me personally, I really couldn't tell you if I would ever get one but I'm not completely against the idea, it's just my religious beliefs say they're wrong but I mean we do many things that go against our beliefs especially religiously but it would be weird getting one without any justification. I don't but anyways it's so many cool thing you can get for a tattoo. Above is a picture of my friends Thomas' arm and as you can see he is what the title says but he has them all over. Well anyways if I ever got I would make sure that I would get something that would mean something to me for the rest of my life and unlike other people I will go in with that mind set

The people I envy are people with small feet and I'm going to say why I like having my big feet though a little later. I envy you people because your shoes look real cool because they're small. Its kind of like when you have a big picture and you shrink the pixels it'll look more clearer and better. Another thing is that your shoes are CHEAPER. I hate that fact that you guys' shoes save you about $70 or $80 on your shoes. So the other day I was in a Costco and I was getting a pizza for my wife and 2 kids.........Naw I don't have 2 kids nor a legal wife but I do have my future wife--BUT ANYWAYS, I saw this man who was cutting up the pizzas into slices. I was wondering why is a man of his age doing such a lowly job but then I thought, "I don't know his background and I shouldn't be judging anyone because I'm not perfect. The thing about this guy though, was the fact that he did the job like it was nothing and it was something that he loved. He was always attentive and hard-working (I was standing there watching for a little while, don't judge me). The point is he did what he did as if he was the best at it and I want people to know that they should be the same way. Whether your cutting pizzas, making music, or even polishing shoes, make sure you are the best at what you do. I know it may sound corny but some people may find this to be a bit inspiring. Just make sure you are always trying hard because I feel people take what their skilled in for granted, but thats just me. Peace...

When Life Gets You Down...

I don't really know why but today I was and am feeling kind of down and it may seem kind of whiney but that's just the truth about how I feel. It's natural for everyone though to feel that certain way every once in a while, so I know I am not alone. I know that there are people who have been or are going through worse. So when you feel down sometimes it helps to think about where you are, where you used to be, and where you are going. If the first and second aren't better then the second then there are somethings that you should really work on. I had some experiences recently and someone I knew wasn't satisfied with where they were in life and I told them that they are the only ones who could change that by taking things into their own hands and doing things themselves instead of waiting for someone to remind or do things for you. Those are just some things that help. If you have any ideas or opinions, share it in a comment.

This performance and the production is just too good on this video. Its like the perfect balance between sound and words. Another thing that made the video that much better was the fact that the audience seemed enslaved by the sound and as weird as it sounds, it isn't because they cheered at the end. Without that it would've been a little creepy.

So if your over here on the east coast I know you are feeling or just finish feeling the affects of the "Blizzard." I would've never thought that I would be in the middle of a blizzard, that was just something I saw in a movie or tv show, but actually experiencing and seeing it in action was something that was so surreal to me. I know what the phrase "snowed in" means now lol. I actually had the ability to work on some things that I've been planning to and been able to get some much needed relax time. The whole thing about being in a blizzard in an area that isn't supposed to have snow on the usual is that you have to eventually move the stuff so you can eventually move around. So this meant that I would have to shovel and that stuff can be really hard when theres ice and snow that has already been through its powdery soft phase. I mean in the end it was another one of those experiences that provides life lessons and stories to tell my children.
